Palm Spa, for an ethical wood supply chain

We are all familiar with the road to a more sustainable world, but only some of us know how to best interpret its true value. PMIheroes are businesses that view the principles of the UN’s 2030 Sustainability Goals not as sterile but as fertile ones to be pursued on a daily basis.

Palm Spa is an artisan company that specialises in the woodworking and eco-design of sustainable pallets. The company has, in fact, a great mission: to offer its customers solutions tailored to their needs with an eye for the environment and raw material. The company has been B Corp certified since 2017, and is the first to obtain certification in the sector.

In December 2020, Palm Spa became a Benefit Company confirming its commitment to the pursuit of not only economic welfare but also the welfare of people, the environment and society at large. Care for the environment and care for the local area are the key values of projects that benefit the local economy and are against illegal logging and the large-scale importation of wood from abroad.

Our mission is the eco-design and production of wood packaging and innovative logistics solutions based on total sustainability in three dimensions – economic, social and environmental.
