Impact Assessment

We want to make sure that the projects we put in place for people, territories and communities have a positive impact in line with our goals. For this reason, we have partnered with Triadi, a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano, to create a model capable of measuring the impact generated by Banca Ifis’ initiatives in the field of social responsibility.

Our objectives

We measure the effects of our actions

We believe that the impact must be monitored and measured in order to understand the effectiveness of our actions. We do this by building an evaluation model and mapping the results obtained.

Building

The aim of the project is to create a replicable and scalable model for the social impact measurement.

Analysis

The measurement process will be carried out in collaboration with Triadi, a spin-off of the Politecnico di Milano specialising in technologies and methodologies for the assessment of social impact.

Mapping

The model will allow us to map the process of change and identify the effects of the activities for Banca Ifis’ various internal and external stakeholders.

The stages of measuring impact

A work structured in four phases.

Study of the context

Objectives, tools and mapping of stakeholders.

Definition of the areas potentially involved in each project.

Definition of the indicators to be measured for each impact dimension and identification of the data collection system.

Impact assessment by analyzing the data collected and calculating the KPIs in order to obtain the effects generated in the short and long term by the individual actions implemented.
