The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 17 April 2025 granted the Board of Directors a delegation to carry out a paid-in capital increase in connection with the public exchange and purchase offer (OPAS) on illimity Bank. The capital increase was resolved by the Board of Directors on 8 May 2025 and carried out on a divisible basis during the year, with disclosure of the new share capital amount scheduled for September 2025.
