joining Valore D – which we did in 2021 – we gave further impetus to work in the field of gender equality as an expression of an increasingly inclusive culture.
We have chosen to make our
work environment one that welcomes and promotes
female potential and listens to the needs of women and families in general. We have therefore developed and continually adapt
work-life balance policies, the corporate welfare system and the parental leave system, and the mechanisms for working part-time or remotely for family reasons.
