Our numbers in terms of diversity and inclusion are above the average for the sector and are the result of a multi-year approach and numerous projects aimed at gender equality and an inclusive culture both in and outside the company. For this reason, we will carry on investing and innovating over the following months and years.
By joining Valore D – which we did in 2021 – we gave further impetus to work in the field of gender equality as an expression of an increasingly inclusive culture.
We have chosen to make our work environment one that welcomes and promotes female potential and listens to the needs of women and families in general. We have therefore developed and continually adapt work-life balance policies, the corporate welfare system and the parental leave system, and the mechanisms for working part-time or remotely for family reasons.
Gender equality is part of our corporate culture.
In January 2022, we were the first Italian bank to obtain certification for gender equality from the Winning Women Institute.
