Ifis Academy

Ifis Academy is the training, promotion and development centre for Banca Ifis’ talent. Stemming from the commitment of our management in involving internal organisational structures, with internationally renowned partners and top business schools.

Inspired by the Bank’s leadership model, it is a management school that constantly enhances the technical and behavioural skills of all its people, Ifis People.

Ifis Academy is a project by Kaleidos, the Social Impact Lab of Banca Ifis set up in 2022 with the aim of promoting initiatives with a high social impact

Training Architecture

In the definition of the training area, we conduct a needs analysis to identify initiatives dedicated to specific professional families, in line with our values and business strategy. Basing on the topic to explore and the target level of knowledge, we also identify the most effective and efficient training method (workshops, specialised technical training, online courses, external seminars, conferences, training on the job, coaching, one-to-one training).

Moreover, we support employees’ professional growth through individual training plans: in addition to basic and compulsory training, we offer specific professional growth projects tailored to the different types of positions, employee categories or clusters and career mobility programs, intended to build specialist, business, and management skills. We periodically check the level of satisfaction and effectiveness of the courses proposed and we release certificates of participation, which are awarded at the end of some significant training experiences and that can be considered as a tool to evaluate training programmes and monitor the results.

Ready To Race

Ready To Race is a three-year experiential training course and is a brand new addition to the training and development opportunities that the Bank offers its employees through the Ifis Academy.

Intended for 50 young people that go through a thorough selection process, managed in collaboration with The European House – Ambrosetti, this project consists of several training sessions, meetings with prominent speakers, visits to companies and strategic foreign trips, and stems from a desire to support and enhance the growth of Ifis People.
