Ifis Academy

Ifis Academy is Banca Ifis’ Corporate School dedicated to the development of Ifis People and its stakeholders.

It was created thanks to the commitment of our management in involving internal organisational structures, internationally renowned partners and leading business schools.

Inspired by the Bank’s leadership model, it aims to enhance the Group’s distinctive skills and generate systemic value in the long term. Ifis Academy is a project of Kaleidos, Banca Ifis’ Social Impact Lab established in 2022 with the aim of promoting high social impact initiatives.

Tailor-made training

Training initiatives are designed based on an analysis of the specific needs of each target group. The training dedicated to Ifis People focuses on accompanying their professional development, from onboarding new employees, to assigning mandatory courses, and creating programmes with targeted objectives. These may aim to strengthen business, soft and managerial skills, enhance high-potential profiles, or align with specific organisational guidelines.
Training initiatives aimed at external stakeholders, on the other hand, focus on topics related to cybersecurity, cyber risk, and cyber-attacks to meet regulatory requirements and disseminate best practices in these areas. Particular focus is also given to in-depth ESG training, especially in the areas of environmental sustainability, the circular economy, and Diversity & Inclusion. Additional programmes are offered on savings and financial literacy.

Partnership and Faculty

Through partnerships with key industry players, Banca Ifis gains access to high-value content and expertise of qualified instructors from different training organisations. Key partners include Digit’Ed, Italy’s leading training hub and one of the most important in Europe; ISTUD, a national leader in management research and development; and the MIP Graduate School of Business, the Business School of the Politecnico di Milano — one of the world’s top scientific and technological universities.

To further enhance internal know-how, Ifis Academy also engages its own managers and employees as Lecturers and Mentors, valuing their experience, skills, communication abilities, and technical expertise as a significant asset.
