Banca Ifis and Il Sole 24 Ore for the italian SME

Pulse PMI is a collaborative project carried out by Banca Ifis and Il Sole 24 Ore, with the aim of identifying the new strategic and organisational levers that Italian small and medium-sized enterprises have adopted to deal with the impact of the health and economic crisis on the market, generating new business models as a result.

By listening to a significant sample of target companies, we have been able to prepare reports and infographics that will allow us to give voice to entrepreneurs and contribute to the ongoing debate on strategies for repositioning our industrial-economic ecosystem.

 

The path of study and narrative adds to and completes the “I Factor” project: the format for surveying and listening to SMEs and supply chains in Italy.

Our method

Analysis sample

A monthly selection of a statistically significant sample of SMEs from the main sectors in Italy and from all over the country.

Data collection

Launch of surveys based on the specific monthly topic, with two methods of data collection: telephone interview and online.

Analysis

Preparation of reports and infographics based on the data collected and analysed by the Banca Ifis Research Department in collaboration with Format Research (a research institute specialised in business surveys that has been operating in Italy and Europe since 1992).
