Pastificio Gaetarelli is a business which, from the shores of Lake Garda, has conquered many foreign markets with its products that continue to be made by hand.

For this company, the protection of its employees was prioritised from the very beginning of the health emergency, when cases were still limited to a few municipalities. In fact, the company immediately implemented its own control and prevention systems in order to continue the production and, above all, the export of its goods, in the face of a national market hit hard by the lockdown. It arranged for its employees to take up smart working.

The emergency was also a time to reflect on the limits and potential of the company. Massimo Gaetarelli told us about this period and the new ideas that emerged.
