Serena Sollecito

Serena Sollecito was born in Bologna in 1973.

She joined Banca Ifis in 2015.

She has held various positions in the NPL Area of Banca Ifis including Portfolio Management Manager, Collection Manager, Evaluation and Support Manager and, in 2020, she held the position of Head of the Operations Organisational Unit.

Previously she was Consumer Credit and Retail Manager of the FBS Spa company, a member of the board of directors and head of the production process of the Tarida Spa company, the credit recovery management and monitoring company of the Delta Spa Banking Group. She has had twenty years of experience in the world of NPL debt collection.

She studied law at the University of Bologna.
