Monica Regazzi

Independent Director

Born in Merate in 1969.

Monica Regazzi has been a Director of Banca Ifis since 2021.

She graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan, then attended the Global Technologies & Operations Training Program at JP Morgan in New York. More recently (2014) she attended a training course for participation in the Board of Directors at In The Boardroom in Milan, the executive program Leadership and Decision Making at Yale University and, in 2015, the executive program Global Leadership and Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School.
She spent most of her career at Boston Consulting Group, where she was appointed Partner & Managing Director in 2008, after her first work experiences at JP Morgan and at PwC.
She was also a member of the Board of Directors, a member of the Management Control Committee and Chairman of the Related Parties Committee of UBI Banca. Previously she had held the position of Director of Ersel Sim.
In 2009 she was named Young Global Leader, a community of the World Economic Forum.
She is currently CEO of the start-up Homepal a better place, as well as a member of the Board of Directors, and of the ESG and Innovation Committee of Net Insurance.
