Fabio Lanza

General Manager*, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Ifis Npl Servicing S.p.A.

Born in Genoa in 1971.

Fabio Lanza has been General Manager since September 2026, and Chief Operating Officer of Banca Ifis since August 2021, Chief Executive Officer of Ifis Npl Servicing S.p.A. since October 2023.

The manager, Head of Business Transformation & Development of UniCredit Wealth Management from 2019, started his career with Credito Italiano.

He joined Unicredit in 2004 and was Head of Learning & Development, Organisational development and Internal Communication with Unicredit Corporate Banking and then Head of HR Global Leasing. In 2011, he became Head of Human Resources for the areas of CIB Global F&A, GTB and Coverage Italy. In June 2015, he became COO and in November 2016 was appointed as Co-General Manager Commercial & Operations of Cordusio SIM.

Lanza graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Genoa in 1995.
