At the same time as the rebranding project that involved complete repositioning of the Bank’s image and identity, the Ifis4you corporate intranet was also renewed.

The goal was to make all the people at Ifis feel at ease within the group, irrespective of their background and business specialisation, encouraging them to create and take part in a community based on the principle of “One company one voice”.

Ifis4you was rethought and redesigned by putting people first as the central value for the Bank, involving them in stimulating projects with the aim of helping them get to grips with the Group’s philosophy and build a shared corporate culture.

On the intranet site are sections dedicated to specific things such as Smart Working and the new Corporate Identity.

Through the intranet we #Ifispeople can take part in initiatives, surveys, contests, interact and share moments of our lives in and outside the office.

There are also innovative functions that can be accessed directly from the homepage. Employees can:

  • Access the streaming platform Ifis On Demand to follow actual digital events;
  • Express their opinion by completing the quick survey “Dì la tua” (Have your say);
  • Access the interactive multimedia content of the Ifis Gallery;
  • View the Social Wall to keep abreast of social posts;
  • See when their colleagues’ birthdays are on the “birthday wall”;
  • Connect to the “Ifis Marketplace” where colleagues can exchange, sell and purchase items.

Ifis4you also has a virtual assistant called Leo, which employees can use to ask for help with booking and managing transfers (tickets, hotels, restaurants), booking on-site blood tests, reserving a virtual room or meeting room, looking for a number in the company telephone directory or finding a document.
