Moroello Diaz della Vittoria Pallavicini

Graduated in Law from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome, he has held various roles and activities over time in the real estate, energy, asset management, and finance sectors.

Formerly a member of the Board of Directors of Poste Vita S.p.A. and of the Risk and Related Parties Committee as well as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, he is currently Chief Executive Officer of Holding Immobiliare Pallavicini S.p.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors of AON Italia Srl, Chairman of Fintecna, and a Board Member of Webuild. He also serves as Embassy Councillor of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the Italian Republic.

He has held and continues to hold numerous positions in cultural and non-profit activities. Among others, since 2023 he has been a member of the Steering Committee of the Fondazione Teatro dell’Opera di Roma Capitale, since 2020 a member of the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Ospedale Pediatrico Bambin Gesù, and from 2016 to 2024 he was a member of the Steering Committee of AIRC – Italian Association for Cancer Research.

From 2010 to 2016 he served as National President of the Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane (ADSI), renewing the image of the Association and enhancing its legal and fiscal protection activities for properties as well as its most prominent cultural initiatives.

In December 2023, he was awarded the honor of Grand Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic by the President of the Republic.
