Luca Lo Giudice

Born in Paola in 1972.

Luca Lo Giudice has been a Director of Banca Ifis since 2019.
He graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1996; he has been practising law since 1999 and has been a Supreme Court attorney since 2011.

He is a legal advisor with more than twenty years of experience in corporate, banking and financial matters. He assists corporations, banks, finance companies and investment funds in corporate reorganisation and securitisation transactions and in some cases acts as a board member and/or Chief Restructuring Officer.
