Giacomo Bugna

Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Born in Bari in 1953.

Giacomo Bugna acquired his experience at a leading auditing firm, providing both auditing and advisory services for financial institutions. In 1997-1998, he was responsible for introducing the certification of financial statements at the Bank of Italy. From 2011, and until April 2014, he was a Member of the Board of the “Fédération des Experts-comptables Européens” (Federation of European Expert Accountants), which groups together the professional associations of the 27 EU Member States.
