Born in Palermo in 1964.

An accountant in Milan, he specialises in extraordinary finance and crisis solutions. He is an associate professor at the LIUC University of Castellanza, giving courses on private Equity in cooperation with the AIFI [Italian Private Equity Venture Capital Association]. He was the founding partner of Teca Consulting, a Milan-based company that has been active for over twenty years. He often golds office in bodies active in the financial sector on behalf of the Bank of Italy.
