Mestre (Venice), November 21, 2025 – Banca Ifis has successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of Euclidea SIM, a securities brokerage firm offering portfolio analysis and management services. The closing of the transaction follows the Banca Ifis Group’s receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals from the Bank of Italy and the Golden Power approval. The acquisition of Euclidea SIM had an impact on the Banca Ifis Group’s CET1 ratio of approximately 20 basis points.

Through the acquisition of Euclidea, the new Fürstenberg brand will create a new line of financial services and products in asset management, investment funds, and advisory. The products and investment platform will continue to carry the Euclidea brand, which characterizes its quality, innovative approach, and market proposition, confirmed by its track record over the years.

Founded in Milan in 2017, Euclidea SIM is a securities brokerage firm authorized by Consob, operating in the field of asset management in accordance with the MiFID 2 directive. Euclidea managers, who boast extensive market experience, base their decisions on a proprietary fund ranking algorithm based on AI and machine learning for the selection of actively and passively managed funds based on objective parameters (such as cost and historical performance). Thanks to its digital platform, the SIM is able to offer a portfolio management service with transparent and competitive pricing and very positive historical performance. The company currently manages a client base primarily concentrated in the private sector: at the end of 2024, the company managed approximately €400 million in assets on behalf of over 2,000 clients.

In the acquisition project, Banca Ifis was assisted by BonelliErede. Euclidea was assisted by Kitra Advisory Spa as financial advisor, and Bird & Bird acted as legal advisor.
