Born in Rome in 1970.

Simona Arduini has been a Director of Banca Ifis since 2019 and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Banca Ifis since July 2023.

She is a tenured professor in the scientific disciplinary sector of Corporate Economics at the Department of the same name in Roma Tre University. In 2016-2019 she was the Chair of the School of Economy and Corporate Studies.
She was responsible for teaching Company Balance Sheets and Evaluations.

She has been a consultant at the Civil Court of Rome since 1999.
She was a member of the board of statutory auditors of Nuova Cassa di Risparmio di Ferrara S.p.A. and Poste Vita S.p.A.. She was a member of the supervisory committee of various administrative liquidation and extraordinary administration procedures of banks and financial entities. She has performed expert assessments of the economic capital for leading Italian companies.
She was designated by Mibac, in the in 2019, and reconfirmed in 2022, in the College of Auditors of the Special Superintendence of Archaeology, Fine Arts and Landscape of Rome.
