Botteghe Digitali at Seeds & Chips – The Global Food Innovation Summit

Botteghe Digitali, the digital mentorship and acceleration programme for leading Italian craftsmen, which this year inaugurated its second edition, will be featured exclusively at Seeds & Chips – The Global Food and Innovation Summit.

Seeds & Chips – The Global Food Innovation Summit is one of the world’s leading events in the field of Food Innovation: a showcase dedicated to the promotion of technological solutions and new trends from around the world; A meeting point for all operators and professionals in the industry; An exceptional networking opportunity. Among the guests of the 2017 edition is Barack Hussein Obama, former US President, who will be present on Tuesday 9 May.

Botteghe Digitali will be at Seeds & Chips to present the tasting of custom-baked products made by the baker Antonio Follador, owner of the Panificio Follador bakery, a company in Pordenone chosen for the second edition of the Botteghe Digitali programme. Millstone ground ancient grains and sourdough will be the protagonists of the Pane in cassett@, at 13:30 Wednesday 10 May, at Pavilion 12, stand G13.

Moreover Giorgio Soffiato, Marketing Arena’s C.E.O. and co-creator of Botteghe Digitali, will be one of the speakers of the talk “E-commerce in food, from delivery to meal kits“, that is taking place on Wednesday, May 10th from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. – Food Room.
