“What happens when technology meets food”: this is the title of the Technology Forum Previewtaking place on Friday, March 20th in Cison di Valmarino (TV), at the Castel Brando Hotel. The meeting will focus on the relationship and matching between two spheres that appear antithetical but are, in fact, strongly interconnected and interdependent in today’s global economic scenario. During the meeting, those present will have the chance to examine different ways to innovate and come up with winning ideas that go beyond simple R&D. The Speakers at the event will be Eyal Shimoni – Strauss Group’s Vice President and CTO; Mauro Piloni – Whirlpool R&D’s President and CEO and Science & Innovation Food District’s President (SIFOOD); and Elena Sgaravatti – IRB’s Managing Director. Luca Barbieri, Corriere Innovazione’s Director will be moderator.
This event will precede the Technology Forum, the annual event organized by The European House Ambrosetti in collaboration with its several partners including Banca IFIS, which will take place on May 22nd and 23rd.
