The majority shareholder of Banca Ifis, Fürstenberg Scogliera Holding S.A., ensures a long-term vision and the continuity and cohesion of the Group.

The share capital of Banca Ifis amounts to 61,818,925 fully paid up. divided into 61,818,925 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 euro. Banca Ifis is an “SME” listed share issuer and therefore the threshold to be considered for significant shareholdings is 5%.
