Milan, March 30, 2017: Interbanca S.p.A. (a company belonging to the Gruppo Bancario Banca IFIS enrolled in the banking groups register held by the Bank of Italy pursuant to art. 64 of the Consolidated Banking Act) has integrated the financial documentation relating to the year ended December 31, 2016 by releasing the report prepared by the external audit firm pursuant to articles 14 and 16 of Legislative Decree dated January 27, 2010 n. 39 relating to the financial report of Interbanca S.p.A. for the year ended December 31, 2016, and the report prepared by its board of statutory auditors pursuant to art. 2429, paragraph 2, of the civil code.
