Banca IFIS supports the growth of the Bianalisi S.p.A. Group

Milan, 13 December 2019 – Banca IFIS, a company listed in the Star segment of the Italian Stock Market and an active player in specialty finance, is lending its support to the laboratories and specialist diagnostic centres of Bianalisi S.p.A. via external lines.

A pool of banks and investors consisting of Banca IFIS – which has also acted as Organising Bank and Agent Bank – of Banca Sella and of the management firm Springrowth SGR, has financed Bianalisi through a structured finance operation worth 65 million euros overall. The operation aims to support the company business model based on the consolidation of the organisations acquired and the consequent exploitation of the Group’s potential.

Bianalisi S.p.A. is an Italian company located in Carate Brianza (MB) that offers clinical and diagnostic analysis laboratory services to private and corporate clients.

This is the second financing project carried out by Banca IFIS in support of the company’s development plans following an initial operation signed in June 2018.

The banks were assisted in the operation by lawyers from the Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associati firm, while the company was assisted by lawyers from Orrick.
