Mestre (Venice), 11 May 2026 – Today, Banca Ifis completed the sale of Abilio S.p.A. to Servizilegali.net S.r.l., which acquired 100% of the company. Prior to the transaction, Abilio S.p.A. was owned 82% by illimity Bank (Banca Ifis Group) and 18% by COIMA.
The transaction is intended to enable the full relaunch of Abilio S.p.A. within a group entirely focused on the company’s core business activities. To facilitate this process, Banca Ifis has provided Abilio with the financial resources necessary to support its business relaunch, in line with the Group’s long-standing commitment to enhancing the professional skills of its people. With the acquisition by Servizilegali.net— a company attributable to Dr. Claudio Palazzetti, a professional with more than 25 years of consolidated experience in the judicial sales sector—Abilio will continue its operations with renewed momentum and a relaunch plan aimed at achieving break-even within two years, while ensuring the preservation of employment levels.
The sale of Abilio S.p.A. to Servizilegali.net S.r.l. does not include its subsidiaries Quimmo Agency and Quimmo Prestige Agency. These were acquired by COIMA, with a 60% stake, and by illimity Bank (Banca Ifis Group), with a 40% stake. The transaction is designed to ensure the most effective growth strategy for the two companies and is part of the renewed partnership between Banca Ifis and the COIMA Group, which represents the natural best owner to guide the future of both agencies.
“With this transaction, Banca Ifis enables Abilio to continue its development path by focusing on the commercialization of real estate and instrumental assets in the judicial and insolvency segments. The initial capital contribution provided by Banca Ifis is intended to support Abilio’s relaunch plan and to safeguard the near-term future of its people. We now look ahead in order to concentrate with greater focus and strength on our core business segments”, said Raffaele Zingone, Chief Executive Officer of illimity Bank and Co-General Manager of Banca Ifis.
“We are extremely satisfied with the completion of the acquisition of 100% of Abilio’s share capital and would like to express our sincere thanks to Banca Ifis for its confidence in the industrial project and for the decisive capital support that will make it possible to launch the company’s relaunch in the judicial sales sector on solid foundations”, said Claudio Palazzetti, Sole Director of Servizilegali.net.
“The increase in COIMA’s stake in Quimmo Agency and Quimmo Prestige Agency reflects our confidence in Quimmo’s management and professional team, which over the years has demonstrated distinctive expertise in the commercialization of real estate assets in highly specialized segments, effectively integrating territorial presence and digital platforms. The transaction forms part of our partnership with Banca Ifis, with whom COIMA shares an industrial approach focused on asset valorization and the sustainable development of operating platforms”, said Fulvio Di Gilio, Chief Financial Officer of COIMA.
