Palazzo della Gran Guardia, Verona – Now in its ninth edition, the National Congress of Jurimetrics, Banking and Finance “NPL&UTP”, organised by the Alma Iura Study Centre, can be defined as the edition of the Schmittian “state of exception” (Ausnahmezustand) in which ordinary rules can be shaken up and changed, and take on unexpected and unprecedented connotations.
