Triennale, Milan – An event, organised by Mindwork, aimed at companies to reflect on the role of psychological health within organisational cultures. CEOs, CMOs, HR Directors and opinion leaders will discuss issues such as leadership, inclusion, well-being and talent retention, referring to the 2022 data of the Mindwork-BVA Doxa Observatory on psychological well-being in Italian companies. Rosalba Benedetto, Group Communication, Marketing and External Relations Director, will speak during the CMO Roundtable, scheduled at 5.15 p.m.
