In the era of Industry 4.0, the evolution of technologies allows companies to look at the market with a new perspective and to enhance production process efficiency. Italian SMEs are called to seize these opportunities and, in many cases this proposition is already a fact today.

With the “I Factor” project (“Fattore I”) , Banca Ifis has created and launched a permanent observatory on Italian SMEs, analysing trends, listening to and examining the stories of excellence that have given rise to competitive business models as well as identifying hot topics in the different production sectors through an attentive ear on the web .

This important event : “What Innovation Lay ahead for the future of SMEs?”, organized in partnership with Il Sole 24 Ore, will feature a presentation of results from the research conducted by Banca Ifis in collaboration with Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, including the testimonials and personal stories of some small and medium enterprises that have successfully embarked on this extraordinary path of innovation.
