  • Eletronic Delegation Notice

    This section allows all Shareholders to send their voting delegations electronically using the delegation form available. Proxy form for partecipation in the shareholders’ meeting The original form which must be completely filled in and signed must be given to the representative who may forward it to the Bank using the following fields. Indeed, as per the applicable laws in force, the representative may choose to deliver or transmit a copy of the delegation, even electronically, attesting under his/her own responsibility the conformity of this copy to the original and the identity of the delegating party. The representative will keep the original delegations and the voting instructions received for a duration of one year as from the conclusion of the Shareholders’ General Meeting’s duties (art. 135-novies, paragraph 5, Consolidated Law on Finance). You are reminded that the notice by the qualified intermediary, attesting the legitimacy to participate in the Shareholders’ General Meeting and to exercise voting rights is also necessary where the Electronic Delegation Notice has been used.

(the “Bank” or “Controller”), with registered office in Venice-Mestre, Via Terraglio no. 63, as the Data Controller and pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “Regulation”), informs you that the personal data (the "Data") provided by you in any way will be processed fairly, lawfully and transparently for the sole purpose of management of the shareholders’ meeting and fulfilling the related legal obligations.
    Data are processed using manual, computerised and telematic tools, with an approach that is strictly linked to the purposes set out above and, in any case, in compliance with the necessary care, guarantees and measures set out in the relevant legislative and regulatory provisions, aimed at ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Data, as well as avoiding damage, whether material or non-material (e.g. loss of control of personal data or limitation of rights, discrimination, identity theft or fraud, financial losses, unauthorised reversal of pseudonymisation, damage to reputation, loss of confidentiality of personal data protected by professional secrecy or any other significant economic or social damage). Processing performed by the Controller is not based on automated decisional processes.
    The personal data may be accessed by employees of the Controller, including internees, temporary workers and consultants, and by employees of external associated, subsidiary and parent companies who are all specifically authorised, instructed and appointed to process the data.
