He joined Banca Ifis in 2019.

After extensive experience in management consulting and in the United States, in 2016 he joined Cassa di Risparmio di Cesena where, as Deputy General Manager, he managed the process of safeguarding the bank’s solidity, risk protection and its overall turn around. He thus worked on the merger with the Crédit Agricole Group.

An economics graduate, Paolo earned the Master in Business Administration from the University of Chicago School of Business.
