In accordance with article 2.6.2 of the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, you are hereby informed that, in partial departure from the existing Events Calendar, the Annual General Meeting to approve the Annual Report 2014 will be held on 8 April 2015 (instead of 2 April 2015).
Any further variations to the Events Calendar will be communicated well in advance.
